By accessing the Baji App website, downloading the Baji App mobile application, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Baji App reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a valid CNIC, proof of address, or evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending clarification.
Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source minus any bonuses received. Winnings generated by an underage account will not be paid out.
Each individual may hold only one active account on Baji App. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different identity information — constitutes a breach of these terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, Baji App may close all accounts, void any outstanding bonuses and withhold pending transactions pending investigation.
During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a current mobile number and accurate personal details. Information provided must match the identity documents you would present for verification. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Baji App staff will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.
Any activity carried out under your account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to Baji App in advance of that activity taking place. Baji App cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method, subject to all standard verification checks being complete. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
All deposits to your Baji App account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets where available. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit to your gaming balance within one to two minutes. All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the Withdrawal section of your account once your identity has been verified and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Baji App aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly, though during high-volume periods processing may take slightly longer.
Baji App offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. As a general principle, wagering requirements must be completed using the bonus funds within the validity period of the offer, otherwise the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
Any behaviour identified as bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
You can check your current bonus balance, wagering progress and bonus expiry date at any time from within your account. Bonuses that have expired without meeting wagering requirements are automatically removed from your account without compensation.

Baji App reserves the right to void any bet where it is found to have been placed based on erroneous odds published due to technical error, where the bet has been placed after the outcome of an event was already known, or where suspicious betting patterns indicate the integrity of a market may have been compromised.
